After you have completed the project to be financed by emPowerSBC, you must complete all required fields in this report and click submit to send the information automatically to emPowerSBC staff. Please ensure you only include information for the measures financed by emPowerSBC and deemed eligible by Energy Upgrade California or California Solar Initiative. Please provide a copy to your client who must submit this report to the lender in order to close their emPowerSBC loan. Note: The data you submit will be used by the County to complete required reports to its granting agencies demonstrating the outcomes of the funding awarded to emPowerSBC. The information gathered may help illustrate the benefits of energy efficiency efforts like emPowerSBC and build a case for similar activities in the future.
