emPowerSBC and Energy Upgrade California are hosting a free Community event and BBQ offering great food courtesy of Halsell Builders. Attendees can enter to win an energy-efficient, flat screen television giveaway courtesy of CoastHills Federal Credit Union.
This free community event will provide homeowners an opportunity to learn how they can upgrade the comfort and energy efficiency of their homes using a special low cost loan program, a directory of qualified contractors, and up to $4,000 in utility rebates.
