City of Guadalupe Goes Big for emPowerSBC Home Upgrade Loans!

emPowerSBC is excited to announce that City of Guadalupe City Administrator Regan Candelario has pledged to "emPower" 25 homes in Guadalupe in 2012. The City of Guadalupe will partner with emPowerSBC to reach out to homeowners in Guadalupe and help them obtain low cost, long-term loans and up to $4,000 in rebates for home upgrades. Candelario hopes to help address some of the concerns homeowners face in their aging homes, including broken heaters, poor insulation and air sealing, single paned windows, and high utility bills.
The program provides many benefits for homeowners in Guadalupe and our community as a whole. Our goal is to help educate our residents about the program and encourage them to make energy and money-saving upgrades through emPowerSBC," said Candelario.
